*picture by instantvoodo on deviantart so! today's my birthday and it's been a wonderful one. our whole family has been in malacca since wednesday for chinese new year, and this is where i am celebrating my birthday this year.
i've gotten the most wonderful presents, including a dalmatian-pattern beret, a tartan scarf, some cash and a notebook to write down my thoughts, ideas, poetry and lyrics. my grandmother also made me the most delicious apple cinnamon cake with icing and sweets on top.
i am one happy girl.
